Position Summary
The Sales Manager Germany Projects is responsible for developing and executing sales activities for PV projects in Germany. The role focuses on customer development, opportunity management, and contract execution, working closely with internal teams to deliver successful projects and achieve regional sales targets.

Major Responsibilities
- Drive localized market development and sales growth for PV modules in the region, with a focus on project business (C&I and utility-scale projects)
- Develop new customers and manage assigned sales opportunities and customer relationships within the defined market
- Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through negotiation, contract signature, delivery coordination, and payment collection, ensuring timely conversion of opportunities into firm orders in line with company policies
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with regional targets and pipeline requirements
- Manage customer portfolios, including pipeline tracking, sales forecasting, and risk monitoring
- Collect and analyse market, policy, and competitor information and provide structured insights to support regional sales planning
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical,logistics, finance, compliance, and headquarters) to ensure successful project execution and delivery
- Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events while protecting corporate interests and strengthening the company’s market reputation in the assigned market
